Succeeding With Narcolepsy
Famous Narcoleptics and Famous People with Narcolepsy

"He is majoring in Electrical Engineering and maintains a 3.4 GPA.....” Leigh DuBois, Matthew's very proud Mom.
My son Matthew was diagnosed with Narcolepsy with cataplexy in November of 2010. He was a junior in high school and was experiencing hallucinations. We were relieved yet heart broken at the time because he was contemplating a career in the military. It did take some time to adjust to life with Narcolepsy but today he is a Sophmore at Louisiana Tech University. He is majoring in Electrical Engineering and maintains a 3.4 GPA. Yes he can't drive or do some other things "normal" people can do but he concentrates on what he is capable of doing. I am his biggest fan not because I'm his mother but because he is not letting Narcolepsy slow him down.
